Fulfillment and shipping

Sprinkle Joy Co. uses third‑party print‑on‑demand fulfillment providers, including Printify and its print partners, to manufacture and ship products. When you place an order, it is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment partner, who produces your item and arranges shipment directly to the delivery address you provide.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

The business address above is a correspondence address only. Products are not stored or processed at this location, and returns are not accepted there.

Returns, exchanges, and order issues

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so they can review it under their quality and returns policies. If any action is required from Sprinkle Joy Co. (such as issuing a refund through the original payment method), we will follow the determination made by our fulfillment partner.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery may not be eligible for a free re‑shipment. Additional shipping charges or partial refunds may apply, in line with our fulfillment partner’s rules.
